Outside, relax in your private garden on a fenced plot with 2 parking spaces and a secure storage room, plus a covered terrace with motorized awning, furniture, and barbecue. Sun loungers are provided. Access to a shared aquatic complex with heated pool, lagoon, waterslide, and children's pool, as well as a playground and table tennis.
